Mon. Feb.8th - Cupid Calls

Hey gang!

...So, how was the weekend? Did you get a chance to hit the Trade & Convention Centre for the Home & Reno Show? I was there on location Saturday, and met a lot of great people with some pretty cool ideas and products for your home, and renovating. No surprise here...but, I mainly enjoyed all of the stuff that was about pampering. The back and foot massagers, and the new pillows come to mind!

...How about the Super Bowl? Did you enjoy the game and/or the commercials and entertainment? I wasn't really cheering for either the Saints or Colts, but, made the prediction of an Indy 35-24 win. Hmm...guess I had it backwards!

...It is going to be a busy and fun week on the Breakfast Club, as we prepare for the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver. They start Friday, and Summerland's Kristi Richards is skiing on Saturday! Best of luck to her, and the Canadian Freestyle Team. I will be chatting with Kristi in a 2 part interview this Thursday and Friday, so, please tune in for that!

...Speaking of winning...congrats to Paula Cowan, who beat the box office this morning and won a pair of tickets to see the Eagles and their show coming up on Monday night, May 10th at GM Place in Vancouver. She was the first to name the tunes in our Eagles Flash Forward and will now check out the show!
