Man Charged with Second Degree Murder, Previously Convicted of Killing a Toddler

A man charged in a homicide death outside of Slack Alice's in Penticton was convicted of beating a three year old girl to death in Kingston, Ontario more than a decade ago.Michael Richard Beauchamp murdered his girlfriend's daughter in an attack the judge at his trial described as ``atrocious and horrendous.''
Beauchamp was given 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter but only served five years for time he already served.
Recently, Beauchamp was charged with second-degree murder in the death of 53 year old Terrence Dale Wooley, who was attacked outside of the pub in April of last year.
